Bel Air Park
The City of Gold Coast has revitalised Bel Air Park in Mermaid Waters, creating a more inviting place for the local community to meet, move and enjoy time outdoors. Delivered by Urban Play in partnership with Moduplay, the new play equipment, shade, seating and barbecue facilities means the park is set up for everything from after-school visits to weekend catch-ups and birthday celebrations.

Positioned alongside a popular walking trail, Bel Air Park gives families and residents another reason to pause, stay and enjoy the area. The upgraded playground adds a fresh destination within the park, supporting active outdoor play while complementing the wider community space around it.
At the centre of the playground is a large Connect unit, offering elevated play, climbing and sliding opportunities in one cohesive structure. A swing set expands the play choices further, while the Quartz climbing activity gives children another way to test their strength, balance and confidence.
The playground is rounded out with standalone pieces that bring more movement and variety into the space. The Dusty Drifter rocker adds a playful ride-on experience, while the Saucer spinner introduces energetic, social play that children can enjoy together.
