What if Yesterday’s Waste Could Become Tomorrow’s Playground?
That’s the idea behind RePlay™ by Moduplay.
We recycle our own plastic offcuts into new HDPE sheets – turning waste into playground equipment that is just as strong and colourful, with a lighter footprint.

RePlay™ is proof that sustainability doesn’t have to mean compromise or increased cost. Every panel tells a story of waste transformed into wonder, and every playground built with RePlay™ is a step toward a more circular future.
From Offcuts to New Sheets
Inside our factories, HDPE plastic is cut and shaped into playground panels. Along the way, colourful scraps and trimmings are left behind and most companies sweep them aside. We saw a chance to give them another go.
Those scraps are collected, melted down, and reborn as fresh HDPE sheets. Like the simple childhood lesson “leave no friend behind,” every fragment finds a place in the bigger picture.
Precision Crafted
Once the new sheets return to our factory, they’re shaped, hand finished and checked with the same care as every Moduplay product. Each panel is made to meet Australian safety standards, ready to become part of a new playground.
From start to finish, recycled doesn’t mean second-best; it means made smarter.
Playgrounds with Purpose
Each RePlay™ panel represents scraps saved from landfill, reshaped into equipment that will inspire years of climbing, sliding and exploring. Strong, safe, and designed with the planet in mind.
Why RePlay Matters
- Durable by Design: Built tough from HDPE, ready for heavy use.
- Circular Thinking: Offcuts recycled into new sheets, not wasted.
- Low Maintenance: Panels that stay bright with little upkeep.
- Made Locally: Crafted in Australia with care for community and environment.
RePlay™ isn’t just about doing the right thing. It is about smarter design that lasts longer, looks better, and delivers real value for the community.
From Ground to Community – Installed & Inspiring
Two RePlay™ by Moduplay playgrounds are now open in the City of Parramatta, at Anna Maria King Park in Dundas and Alice Watkins Playground in Constitution Hill.
Both feature equipment made from 100% recycled HDPE, showcasing how sustainable innovation coupled with Australian-Made play can deliver high-quality, long-lasting play spaces. These projects are a practical example of what happens when community, design, and responsibility come together.
Every time a child steps foot in a playground that includes RePlay™ it is a step forward.
