This area needs to be covered with an Australian Standards approved soft-fall material for a fall height of 1000mm. Each Trampoline is supplied pre-assembled with its 400mm deep base. Installation takes place by excavating to the required depth, establishing a firm base of suitable drainage material, positioning the trampoline and filling in around it. Ensure adequate drainage. There are 2 types of jumping mats used in our trampolines: MeshMat – plastic trampoline mat The tough MeshMat is made from individual polyamide (PA6) connectors with a wire rope cable running through the overlapping holes each end of the connector. The wire rope is suspended by the protected springs around the perimeter of the foundation box of each trampoline. BeltMat - wire reinforced trampoline mat This material is similar to seatbelt material to touch. To prevent slashing or vandalism the belt material is wire- reinforced throughout. The suspending springs are safely enclosed beneath the surrounding protective rubber mats. With the special tool provided the trampoline mats can be easily removed and replaced for cleaning inside the base. The tough MeshMat requires no maintenance and the BeltMat needs to be visually checked during normal playground maintenance cycles for signs of heavy wear and tear. MeshMat BeltMat
