What about a site visit? - Perfect! There is no charge, no obligation and no pushy sales staff. If we can possibly visit your site before designing your playground we will and we are sure it will be helpful to you.


Do you have to visit my site? - No. We always like to if we can but it's not always possible. We have many, many examples of projects that were successfully designed using information gathered during phone consultations and we can co-ordinate the design process using email and fax.

However, you are not on your own! We will work with you and for you to get everything just right so you can have confidence it will be a successful outcome.

When the design is finalised your play equipment goes into production and is made to our exacting standards of quality, safety and strength.
Ready to go Final checking for despatch
After the play equipment has been coated and any pre-assembly is done it goes through a final quality check stage to ensure everything is right for installation.
Installation Installation
Our trained and professional field crews will install your new play equipment ensuring full compliance with Australian Safety Standards including allowance for correct fall zones.
Soft-fall installation

Soft-fall material
Every play item over a certain height needs a soft fall surface underneath to prevent injuries.

 

This is when the soft-fall surface is laid or installed. All Moduplay soft-fall systems are tested and approved to the relevant Australian Standards.
